All of our tickets are assigned a ticket number that you can use to track their progress in our support platform.

Generally, we will respond to your ticket as soon as possible but it may take from 12 hours to 24 hours to investigate your issue.

If we expect your ticket will take additional time, we will update to you by sending you an email.

( 午膳時間:下午 1 時至下午 2 時 30 分 )
